Due to the specialized nature of heavy equipment, parts, and accessories, our policy varies by product type.

1. General Return Principles

  • All returns require a valid original sales receipt or invoice.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, in their original packaging with all manuals, tags, and accessories.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact us to obtain an RMA before shipping or bringing any item back.

  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our staff.

2. Policy by Product Category

A. New Equipment (e.g., Forklifts, Excavators, Loaders)

  • All sales of new machinery are final unless otherwise specified in a signed sales agreement that includes an express warranty or return clause.

  • Defects or issues are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact our service department for warranty claims and support.

B. Used Equipment

  • All sales are final. Used equipment is sold “as-is, where-is.” We encourage thorough inspection prior to purchase.

C. Parts & Accessories

  • Eligible parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered parts, special orders, electrical components, fluid products (oils, grease), safety items, and software are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

D. Merchandise & Apparel

  • Branded merchandise (e.g., hats, shirts) may be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit, provided tags are attached and the item is unworn.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which will be issued electronically.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to eligible returns of large or high-value parts and accessories at our discretion.

4. Return of Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective part:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  2. We will provide an RMA and arrange for inspection, replacement, or repair at no additional cost, subject to warranty terms.

5. Rental Equipment

This policy does not apply to equipment rentals. Rental terms, including duration, damage, and late fees, are governed by a separate Rental Agreement signed at the time of contract.
